Handshake is getting ready for its first iPhone release. Here’s how to get started and keep your information safe.
The app is not yet available on the App Store. Public subscriptions, account sign-in and Pipedrive integration are not live. There is no public download link yet.

How do I prepare for a conversation?
Create an event, add someone you want to meet, and open their briefing. Review the reason to connect and three editable prompts, then pocket your phone. After the conversation, save notes and an agreed next step.
How do I save a backup?
Open You → iCloud backup → Save to iCloud Drive. Choose an iCloud Drive folder in Files, then confirm upload in Files. Backups are manual, not automatic. Keep your backup private and current.
How do I share or save a contact?
Open People → My contact card to show your QR code or share a contact file. To save someone, open their details → Save or share contact → Save to iPhone Contacts, then review and confirm in Apple’s editor. Notes and relationship context are excluded from contact cards.
How do I delete my data?
Use the app’s available editing and deletion controls, or delete the app to remove its local workspace. Remove exported files, device backups and copied contacts separately. The company cannot remotely erase information held only on your device.
What if I have a problem with a backup?
Keep the original file and do not delete the app as a troubleshooting step. A restore validates the backup and preserves a local safety copy. Tell support the error message without sending your entire workspace.
How will I cancel Pro?
Once subscriptions launch, manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel billing. Existing records and exports will remain accessible when paid access ends.
